1. The Provider has the right to collect and use information regarding the Client. Information that can identify the Client may include first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address.

2. Each Client, using an email address and password, has the right to access his Client profile, where he can correct and update his personal data.

3. The Provider shall make reasonable efforts and be responsible for protecting the information about the Client, except in cases of force majeure, accidental events or malicious actions of third parties, as well as in cases where the Client itself has made this information available to third parties.

4. Each time the Client places an order, by expressing consent to this Agreement, the Client agrees that information about him/her will be processed in the appropriate manner.

5. The Provider undertakes not to disclose any personal information about the Client and the services they use and not to provide the collected information to third parties – government agencies, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases provided by law.

6. When using the virterion.com website, the Provider has the right to automatically save certain information that the Client's computer or other end device sent to the Provider's server in connection with the Client's activity. The information is saved in log files on the Provider's servers and may include the Client's IP address, the date and time when the relevant page of the site was visited, the duration of presence there, etc. Additionally, the Provider saves the Client's IP address, as well as any information necessary to identify the Client.

7. To operate the Provider website, cookies are used – small text files that are saved by the internet page via the server on the Client’s disk and make it possible to restore information about the Client, identify him, and also track his actions in order to ensure the functionality of the Provider website.

8. The minimum storage period for personal data is 5 years in the event of a tax event.
